As a result of the multiplicity of trends in modern architecture, architecture has become more advanced in design, implementation, and direction. Some of these trends can be combined with valuable architectural buildings during their reuse in order to preserve the building while adding a modern function to it, while maintaining its historical, architectural, and artistic value. This facilitates its preservation for a long period. These trends agree on reusing and using these buildings in a modern technological way and with advanced materials. Among these trends are (Green architecture - Smart high technology). These modern trends are characterized by their use of programs, technologies, architectural materials, advanced equipment, and reliance on renewable energy as much as possible. Therefore, the research has focused on this technology and its use in developing and reusing historical buildings.
