Review Processes

This journal is a peer reviewed journal. All papers will be reviewed by at least 2 different reviewers. If any of reviewer's suggetions is rejecton then the paper is rejeceted. Editor may ask 3rd or more reviewers if it can not be made any desicion. The final desicion is made by Editor-in-Chief

When a manuscript submitted to IJCESEN the steps detailed below is followed to complete publication process.

--- Pre-check is performed by technical editor (technical and ethical). If the manuscript pass this step
-- The manuscript assigned to Editor-in-Chief who will pre-evaluate in scientific way. 

          The Editor in Chief :

         * may ACCEPT directly if the manuscript is suitable for publication.
         * may REJECT directly if the manuscript is UN-suitable for publication.
         * may pass manuscript to section Editor
         * may assign reviewer (2 or 3) to evaluate manuscript to get recommendation to decide about manucript. Reviewers will decide to accept, minor revision, major revision or reject
         * After receiving recommendation from reviewer, it is asked to revise manuscript and resubmitted by authors. 
         * Editor-in-Chief has right to make final desicion for manuscript. 
-- If the manuscript is accepted then it is sent to language editor for edition. 
-- The edited manuscript is then sent to layout editor for publication stage.

-- Completed manuscript is published as early publication.
-- All these period will take no more than 3 months.
