Withdrawal Policy
IJCESEN Journals is committed to advancing scholarly communication by publishing high-quality research and maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and integrity. Authors are expected to comply with established principles of publication ethics and to ensure that their manuscripts meet appropriate academic and scholarly standards.
Authors who wish to withdraw a manuscript from consideration after submission should submit a formal withdrawal request within five days of submission. Withdrawal requests must be submitted by email and should normally be made by the corresponding author. Authors are therefore strongly encouraged to make a careful and informed decision regarding submission before submitting their manuscript.
Manuscript withdrawal at a later stage of the editorial process may result in a significant and unnecessary expenditure of time and effort by editors, reviewers, and editorial staff. In particular, withdrawing a manuscript shortly before its scheduled publication can disrupt the editorial and production processes and may negatively affect the efficient management of the journal's resources.
Once a manuscript has been published, it cannot be withdrawn or removed from the journal's publication record. On the other hand post-publication withdrawal or removal will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as serious legal issues, copyright infringement, or other circumstances that warrant removal in accordance with applicable publication ethics standards and journal policies.
